List of music clips to include

I have created a list on all the music clips which I intend on using. Below I have included the audio files from soundcloud of what I used in my final show.

I figured this music would be suitable for a gym advert because it is a very repetitious, simple melody. It suggests the repetitious nature of some exercises in the gym, which will engage viewers. There is also a fast, upbeat tempo, thus mirroring the speed of exercise. It is resonant of techno/electronic music, which is appealing to a younger generation; within my target audience. 



I feel as though this piece of music is suitable for my ice cream advert. I feel this because it has a jingle quality, rather like an ice cream van. It is also lighthearted and joyous sounding, pointing to the enjoyment of eating an ice cream. It has a echoe of childhood nostalgia, which is enticing for listeners. 



I chose this for my news jingle music due to the up beat tempo, which mirrors the fast paced environment of a news room. It conjures up the image of key boards being operated to produce news script, and is extremely direct towards the audience. 






As my radio show is directed at a similar aged audience to existing radio stations such as Capital, I have included songs from a list celebrities; Jorja Smith and Drake. My audience are more likely to like and identify with a product or service that is promoted by an artist that they like and identify with.
