-British man, Lauri Love, who has been accused of hacking in US government computers won a highcourt challenge against his extradition to the US 
-He has been alledged to have carried out a series of cyber attacks against agencies including NASA and the US army 
-Lauri's lawyers argued that he'd be in danger of commiting suicide in an American jail 
-At a news conference, his father Reverend Alexander Love thanked the high court judges and politicians who supported his family for their compassion
