Rough script for news story 4

Presenter

Vegan restaurant ‘Wild Food Hut’ in Archway has accidentally released one of their  ‘secret ingredients’ to their signature dish, which up until now customers believed to be plant based. One of the workers here unintentionally announced how some of the food here gets prepared in animal fat, just after the release of their new advertising campaign.

In response to the moral outrage which was caused, restaurant owner Louis Neil has announced a formal apology stating ‘he was never aware that chefs were prepping food in ways which went against restaurants guidelines. Had he been aware of this, he’d make strict changes straight away’.
